About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a best-in-class SME Cost Consultancy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors and providing expert advice to clients across the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of Quantity Surveyors to deliver high-quality cost management services to clients
- Develop and maintain key client relationships to drive business growth and revenue
- Provide expert advice on cost management and quantity surveying to clients
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant
- MRICS qualification (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of managing a small team and delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
