Learning Support Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Tutor to join our team at the LMP Group. As a Learning Support Tutor, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals, including those with identified learning difficulties and disabilities, to achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify each learner's unique learning needs and deliver tailored support
- Conduct monthly interventions to support ongoing learner progress
- Offer pastoral support using the Learning Support Signposting Tools when needed
- Support with the achievement of learner qualifications within allocated timescales for Functional Skill delivery, whilst always maintaining quality in delivery
- Teaching qualification such as a C/DET or equivalent or working towards
- Educated to at least the equivalent of a level 3 standard in Mathematics and/or English
- Degree educated within either the Business or Education industry (Desirable)
- Subject specialist qualification in Mathematics and/or English (Desirable)
- 28 days holiday and get an extra day for each year you stay with us, up to max 33 days PLUS bank holidays
- We pay for a Healthcare Plan once you've passed probation, which includes access to a private GP
- From day 1, free life insurance covering up to x4 your salary
- We'll both add money into your pension pot after 3 months
