Treasurer - Revenues

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasurer - Revenues to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Senior Revenues Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing Council Tax (CT) and Business Rates (NDR) billing, recovery and reconciliation processes in Leicestershire. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, handling customer queries, and maintaining relationships with ratepayers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate records of invoices, payments, and customer interactions;
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner;
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
