Teaching Fellow in Physician Associate Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Fellow to support the delivery of our MBChB and Masters in Physician Associate Studies programmes.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of educators who work across programmes to provide students with an excellent teaching and learning experience.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of clinical skills teaching and assessment, as well as contributing to the wider educational work of the School.

As a Teaching Fellow, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your teaching and curriculum management skills, and participate in the development of new educational initiatives.

The School of Medicine, Medical Sciences and Nutrition is committed to delivering high-quality education and research, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of clinical skills teaching and assessment
  • Contribute to the wider educational work of the School
  • Develop and deliver educational initiatives
  • Support the development of new educational programmes

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and recent or current experience working as a Physician Associate or equivalent healthcare professional
  • Experience of clinical skills teaching and assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
