SEN Learning Assistant

Become a valued member of our team as a Special Education Support Specialist, working closely with SEN learners who require additional support due to their complex needs or special educational requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading school that has gained national recognition for its specialist education services. We are looking for a skilled Teaching Assistant to provide personalized support and care to our students aged 5-19 who have special educational needs or complex conditions.
This role is a temporary to permanent position, requiring full-time commitment during term time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm). The ideal candidate will have:
About the Role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children or adults with SEN needs (desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
As a Special Education Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing one-on-one, small group, and whole-class support to SEN learners
- Supporting the educational and general well-being of SEN learners
- Attending the final stage of the interview process at our partner school
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on experience and location, plus benefits such as car lease scheme, free on-site meals, and access to on-site facilities.
