Your Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Collect meter readings from commercial and residential properties\
  • Update meter reads accurately on handheld device\
  • Represent the company professionally at all times\
  • Work independently with minimal supervision\
  • Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure\
  • Pass security checks and vetting process\
  • Provide 5 years employment history\
  • Pass DBS check\
  • Any other reasonable requests from management\
  • Follow all Health and Safety procedures\
  • Attend training sessions as required\
  • Ensure that all equipment is used correctly and maintained properly\
  • Use technology efficiently and effectively to meet business needs\
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines\
  • Identify and report any potential problems or issues to management\
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness\
  • Participate in staff development and training programs\
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders\
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients\
  • Present a professional image when representing the company\
  • Follow company policies and procedures\
  • Adhere to data protection regulations\
  • Support business growth by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes\
  • Understand and adhere to health and safety protocols\

  • Main responsibility for the accurate collection and processing of meter reading information\
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's operations and processes\

  • Obtain client testimonials and feedback\
  • Suggest new ideas and improvements to enhance customer experience\
  • Regularly review and improve existing processes\
  • Stay up to date with changes to legislation and regulatory requirements\
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information\
  • Handle confidential documents securely\
  • Escalate issues promptly and effectively\
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects delegated by management\
