This exciting opportunity will see you working in a high-end commercial building, focusing on all reactive maintenance and remedial works. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks to ensure the building's systems are running smoothly.
  2. Maintenance on electrical distribution systems and control panels, including testing and inspection.
  3. Key components include working on PPMs, AHUs, FCUs, compressors, chillers, pumps, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, and emergency lighting.
  4. Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 18th Edition certification.
  2. Level 3 Electrical installation / Level 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing and Heating.
