About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Planning Coordinator to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our Resource Planning Cell, you will play a critical role in the allocation of resources and production of training timetables to meet the requirements of our Transformational Training programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and scheduling course templates to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Update course templates as needed to reflect changes administered through contracted change mechanisms
  • Publish course dates onto our internal database to ensure seamless communication
  • Allocate resources and venues required by scheduled training course templates
  • Provide administrative support for visits, guest lecturers, external venues, and courses within courses during the timetabling and planning process
  • Collaborate with other training support departments and Training Groups to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications
  • Adaptable to in-house databases
  • Previous coordination experience
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Good interpersonal skills with an organised approach
