Senior Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Manager to join our team. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
You will plan and undertake assignments, striving to deliver service excellence. You will lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
You will own responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met. You will contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
You will build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handling queries. You will review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
You will set an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager.

We are looking for a candidate with ACA or ACCA qualification, with demonstrable experience within practice. AAT qualification is desirable.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a client portfolio, with a results-driven approach. They will have previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship.
They will have a sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery. They will have a can-do attitude to problem-solving.
They will be organised and able to oversee a team's workload effectively. They will have excellent communication and advisory skills.
They will be confident working closely with senior management. They will be motivated and able to inspire others.
They will be collaborative and creative. They will have excellent business acumen.
