About the Role



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Professional to lead the administration of occupational pension schemes, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.



Main Responsibilities





  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

  • Lead a team of administration professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure business objectives are met.



About You



To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in occupational pension scheme administration, including team management and mentoring. You will also possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
