Job Summary:
Noble Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Property Solicitor to join our team. As a Property Solicitor, you will provide a cost-effective and high-quality legal service to our clients in relation to property law, commercial, and associated matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a case load of property matters and other legal work, applying relevant legislation and best practices.
- Undertake research to assist colleagues in providing advice to clients.
- Act as the client's negotiator on property transactions.
- Draft and review leases, overage agreements, wayleaves, licences, contracts, and other property-related documents.
- Manage matters related to assets of community value, charitable trusts, and property trust work.
- Attend client meetings and corporate group meetings.
- Represent clients in contested cases and property dispute arbitration.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of property law and commercial practices.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
