Job Summary:

Noble Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Property Solicitor to join our team. As a Property Solicitor, you will provide a cost-effective and high-quality legal service to our clients in relation to property law, commercial, and associated matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a case load of property matters and other legal work, applying relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Undertake research to assist colleagues in providing advice to clients.
  • Act as the client's negotiator on property transactions.
  • Draft and review leases, overage agreements, wayleaves, licences, contracts, and other property-related documents.
  • Manage matters related to assets of community value, charitable trusts, and property trust work.
  • Attend client meetings and corporate group meetings.
  • Represent clients in contested cases and property dispute arbitration.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property law and commercial practices.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
