Critical Care Outreach Practitioner CNS Band 7

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Outreach Practitioner CNS to join our dynamic team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our Critical Care Outreach team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to acutely unwell patients across our site.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective care in ward areas.
- Recognize and respond to acutely ill and deteriorating patients, ensuring timely interventions by the most appropriate member of the healthcare team.
- Teach and assess clinical skills in practice, promoting excellence in patient care.
- Audit patient outcomes and service delivery, driving quality improvement initiatives across the site.

Requirements- Registered Nurse with a BSc degree.
- Recognized Critical Care or relevant Acute Care Course.
- Advanced Patient Assessment and Critical Thinking Skills.
