Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced R&D Tax Onboarding Senior Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of R&D tax credit strategies, overseeing the onboarding of new clients, and leading a team of tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement R&D tax credit strategies to drive business growth.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery of services.
- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of expertise in R&D tax credit regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and implications for the company, ensuring proactive advice and guidance to clients.
- Contribute to the development of new business proposals, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Promote the company's services and values at professional events, building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of R&D tax credit regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- A client-focused approach and excellent relationship management skills.
What We Offer
- An estimated annual salary range of £65,500 to £85,500.
