Purpose of the Role:
  • To provide hands-on administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team, as well as the Payroll and Benefits team.
  • Key responsibilities include placing adverts with recruitment agencies, maintaining the HR database, and ensuring data integrity.
  • This role requires strong planning and organisational skills, adaptability, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A minimum of GCSE level or equivalent education in English and Maths at grade C or above is required.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional image is essential.
