About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Educational Support Specialist to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES in Camden. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across various subjects and meeting diverse learning needs.

This full-time position is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in education, with opportunities to work alongside experienced teachers and help students thrive academically and socially.

While experience is beneficial, we welcome graduates passionate about supporting young people and eager to gain valuable classroom experience in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students across various subjects, adapting to individual learning needs and abilities.
  • Work closely with experienced teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to ensure effective communication and support.
Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths, or relevant experience.
  • Ability to engage with students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
