**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Adviser. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Engage with customers on a daily basis, taking the time to listen and understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Process customer transactions, open and manage savings accounts, and provide financial advice and guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
