The Meetings and Events Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Directing day-to-day conference and events activities, planning and assigning work, and establishing performance and development goals for team members. Providing mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team members' performance.
- Coordinating pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and catering staff to enhance the guest experience.
- Preparing forecasts, plans, and productivity reports as required.
- Leading a team of 3 Event Agents.
