Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Centreless Grinding Specialist at Response Personnel Ltd. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team and contribute to the manufacturing of supplies for the oil and gas industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating centreless grinders and surface grinders to meet precise specifications, including tight tolerances and surface finishes. They will also be responsible for performing assembly of parts using manual machines where necessary and inspecting completed work for accuracy and conformance to specifications.

A key aspect of this role is working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of quality and performing routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting and operating centreless grinders and surface grinders
  • Performing assembly of parts using manual machines
  • Inspecting completed work for accuracy and conformance to specifications
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of precision machinery and machining processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain high standards of quality.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
