Housekeeper at Bromley Road Hospital

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Bromley Road Hospital, a rehabilitation service for men and women with enduring mental health issues, complex needs, and complicated addiction problems.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment and take pride in their work. They must also possess excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.

This role is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, and the successful candidate will contribute to creating a positive culture and improving the lives of our service users.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout all areas of the service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet visitors professionally.
  • Foster good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Contribute to creating a positive culture.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions as required.
