  1. Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on forklifts and other materials handling equipment at customer sites.
  2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  3. Provide preventative maintenance services to minimise downtime for customers.
  4. Maintain accurate service records and complete all required paperwork.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role (experience with forklifts or plant equipment is advantageous).
  2. Hold a qualification in Mechanical engineering or related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  4. Valid UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on forklifts and other materials handling equipment at customer sites. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role. You will also need to hold a qualification in Mechanical engineering or a related field and have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. A valid UK driving license is also required.
