About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a Barista Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of Baristas, overseeing the day-to-day services from a front of house perspective, and leading your team to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Baristas to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff development
  • Lead by example and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Ensure quick service to customers and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Receive and deal with customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Compile time sheets and working records for staff payment
  • Run shifts and train team members to ensure seamless operations
  • Organize monthly stock count and restocking and maintain the work areas
  • Help in the recruitment and retention of team members
  • Identify and support team members who can and are willing to evolve their careers within Aramark
  • Champion excellent customer service and promote a positive work culture
Requirements
  • 2 years barista experience essential
  • Latte art desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience at a supervisor or team leader level
  • An excellent team player with the ability to work efficiently and independently if required
  • General food safety knowledge
