We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. If you can work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service, we want to hear from you.
Your Job Duties May Include:- Interacting with guests in an efficient, hospitable, and professional manner
- Demonstrating full knowledge of bar and menu items
- Assessing guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Following up on guest requests throughout service
- Immediately communicating any food or service issues to management
- Maintaining proper set-up and cleanliness of station and service areas
- Delivering elements of service within established timeframes
- Verifying guests who purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age
- Demonstrating accuracy in transactions and cash-handling skills
We are looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal, problem identification, and problem-solving skills, verbal, and written communication skills. You should be willing and motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet the changing demands of the industry. You should also be flexible to work varied shifts, including days and nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, and/or hear, and/or use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to stand for long periods of time, and/or walk often. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Education Required:We are looking for individuals with any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. A high school diploma is preferred.
