Community Manager for Off The Grid

Gunzilla Games is seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our team for Off The Grid, a new AAA Battle Royale third-person shooter. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between our community and the development team, creating engaging content, and ensuring player satisfaction with our game.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying, training, and overseeing volunteer moderators to ensure adherence to moderation guidelines.
  • Actively engage with the Off The Grid community, driving conversation and identifying opportunities for community development.
  • Monitor and report on community feedback, sentiment, and opportunities for engagement to the Community Managers.
  • Brainstorm and propose community event projects to the Community Managers.
  • Assist in the organization of community initiatives in and out of the game.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in community and/or social media related roles within the games industry.
  • Familiarity with Discord, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Knowledge about ongoing social media trends and in-tune with today's online zeitgeist.
  • An avid gamer, knowledgeable with online gaming community culture.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to adapt communication and tonality for various audiences.
  • Comfortable with content creation or livestreaming, with the ability to conduct on-camera work if necessary.
  • Fluency in another language such as German, French, or Spanish.
