Production Operative Role
About the Job
Marshalls, a leading supplier of high-quality bricks, is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join their team. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing concrete products using operational techniques and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment to manufacture high-quality concrete products.
- Work collaboratively with a team of production operatives to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in a small/medium manufacturing operation.
- Good level of English and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Desirable: FLT experience.
