The successful candidate will join a highly skilled team responsible for providing support and medical care to patients with a range of mental health issues across London communities.

Whipps Cross Hospital is renowned for its excellence in various specialisms, including urology, ENT, audiology, cardiology, colorectal surgery, cancer care, and acute stroke care.

The hospital offers a diverse range of general inpatient, outpatient, and day case services, as well as maternity services and a 24-hour A&E and urgent care centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with mental health issues.
  2. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective care.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Requirements:
  1. NMC Registration.
  2. At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years, and experience working within a mental healthcare department.
  3. Robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and a proactive approach to work.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Honesty and integrity, and a very caring patient-centred approach.
