Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Quality and Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Bespoke Parts Quality and Purchasing team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing parts quality topics for bespoke components, industrializing those components, and familiarizing yourself with our parts quality systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage parts quality topics for a selection of bespoke components.
- Manage the industrialization of those components.
- Familiarize yourself with our parts quality systems and processes.
- Understand supplier manufacturing processes with bespoke suppliers.
- Coordinate and steer the Target Management Process and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Studying towards a 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to show good interpersonal skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to show high attention to detail to every task.
- Ability to adapt working approach depending on specific requirements, prioritize activities, work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems.
- An excellent team player with solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- A competitive annual salary of £25,300, 26 days' holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme.
