Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at TED Recruitment. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on construction costs and managing the financial aspects of construction projects.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert advice on construction costs and manage the financial aspects of construction projects.
  • Work closely with clients and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to minimize costs and maximize value.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of junior quantity surveyors and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quantity surveying.

Requirements:
