This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely adopted platform at a pivotal time in the company's development. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be working on high-impact projects from day one, collaborating with an open and collaborative team.

You'll have ownership of strategic design initiatives that drive tangible impact to business metrics, as well as mentoring a junior designer and acting as a thought leader to the wider team.

This is a high-touch role with direct exposure to clients and user groups, ensuring your design decisions are well-informed and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Design, preferably in LegalTech, FinTech, RegTech, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven Web & Desktop design experience, spanning discovery to delivery.
  • Strong research and testing skills, with an emphasis on client-facing methodologies.
  • Business acumen, with a great understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
