Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Inspector to join our team at Magnus James in Cardiff. As a key member of our Lettings department, you will be responsible for conducting midterm property inspections and check outs, reporting on property condition, and overseeing deposit negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property inspections and report findings back to the Property Manager and Landlord.
• Obtain quotes for remedial works and repairs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit negotiations and dispute resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Lettings is essential, with a strong understanding of property inspection procedures and legislation.
• Excellent IT skills and technology literacy, with the ability to manage diaries and maintain accurate records.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities.
• Clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
