About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Manager to join our team at the Foundation for the Global Compact. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that showcases our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communications Strategy: Create and execute a communications plan that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and our website.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency in our brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communications channels.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of our communications efforts and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on content creation, brand management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different tone and style requirements. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms.
