Engineering Design Professional
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Design Professional to join our team at Gwaii Engineering. As an Engineering Design Professional, you will play a key role in providing civil and environmental engineering services to our clients in Indigenous communities.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and drafting, and will be proficient in AutoDesk Civil 3D. You will also have a strong understanding of applicable engineering design and construction codes and standards in BC and Indigenous communities.
The role involves applying complex engineering knowledge, skills, and principles to undertake calculations, write reports, and develop designs using applicable standards. You will also prepare stormwater, sanitary, and water supply drawings, create roadworks and multimodal transportation drawings, and develop integrated water and utilities servicing concept plans.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, plus bonus structure, and a range of benefits including health and dental insurance, social events, and paid time off. Requirements

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a flexible 4-day work week. We offer:
