Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clinical care exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements.
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic and high-quality care.
  • Lead on the floor and manage supernumerary hours.
What We Offer:
  • Annual salary of £53,000+ - negotiable on experience.
  • 44 hours per week over 4 days.
  • Supernumerary hours.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in nursing and residential care.
  • Exceptional leadership and supervisory skills.
  • The ability to provide specialist nursing support and advice.
  • A commitment to exceeding professional standards and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An active NMC pin RGN, RMN or RNLD.
