Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead our geotechnical projects, focusing on innovative infrastructure delivery in transportation and rail sectors. About the Role
This is a pivotal position that offers the chance to lead projects, manage teams, and develop pragmatic solutions for clients. You'll be responsible for leading concept and detailed geotechnical designs, identifying risks, and proposing effective management strategies. Additionally, you'll oversee commercial aspects to achieve profitability without compromising quality.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Degree in Civil Engineering (MSc in Geotechnical Engineering advantageous). Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD and geotechnical tools, and MS Office is also essential. Experience in rail is desirable, and a clean driving license is required. Our ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
