About This Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client's team in Arnold. As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care Delivery: Provide direct patient care, utilising evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes and a safe environment.
- Care Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Leadership and Mentorship: In senior roles, lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and support team members to foster a collaborative and skilled care environment.
