Commercial Counselor

We are looking for a Commercial Counselor to support our Online business in achieving its objectives. As a key member of the team, you will provide strategic legal advice, advise on commercial matters, and identify emerging issues that may impact our business.

• Develop and implement commercially focused partnerships to drive business objectives
• Advise on a broad range of strategic legal projects, including digital transformation and consumer law
• Lead the development of the Group Legal Vision 2026 Transformation, evolving legal processes across Commercial with the use of technology and driving simplification and automation

• Highly developed commercial acumen and ability to think outside the box
• Strong general commercial experience, ideally in an in-house environment
• In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and legislative landscape

This role offers a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary, private medical insurance, and more.
