Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure smooth running of the shift.
  • Monitor uniforms stock and control dry cleaning service.
  • Receive and process guest complaints regarding housekeeping services.
  • Ensure rooms are kept clean and free from hazards.
  • Organize housekeeping staff and host daily meetings.
  • Assist guests with requests.

Health and Safety:

To be aware of and comply with safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety Act. This includes awareness of specific hazards at your workplace.

  • Wear appropriate protective clothing provided by the Company.
  • Report any defects on the building, plant, or equipment.
  • Ensure accidents to staff, guests, or visitors are reported immediately.
  • Attend Health & Safety trainings and be fully conversant with all rules concerning Fire, Health, and Safety.
