We are seeking a skilled Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team at Utilise Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple contracts related to electrical inspection and testing in social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of electrical inspection and testing contracts to meet client and company targets.
  • Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project progress and requirements.
  • Oversee the management of an annual budget and ensure expenses are within allocated limits.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and submit variation orders and quotations as required.
  • Update company systems and client portals to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably instructed by management or directors.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • City and Guilds level 3 electrotechnical qualification or equivalent.
  • City and Guilds 2391-51 or equivalent.
  • City and Guilds 2382-18 BS7671 18th Edition update.
  • Management experience in the electrical industry.
  • Knowledge of electrical regulations and testing procedures.
  • Electrical installation experience.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Fully qualified UK driver's license.
