We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team in Glasgow Braehead. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
The Role:
- Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Manage the restaurant's operations, including inventory, scheduling, and staff development.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
