Job Summary

As a Solutions Lead at Invisible Systems Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering technical solutions for customer remote monitoring systems, focusing on the alignment of technical solutions with customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Expertise & Customer Engagement:
    • Act as the primary technical expert for core products, delivering product workshops and addressing technical queries during the scoping and analysis stages of new business opportunities.
    • Conduct site surveys for energy and compliance monitoring solutions, ensuring IoT hardware meets customer needs and site requirements.
  2. Solution Design & Delivery:
    • Own the delivery of bespoke technical solutions, from initial scoping to final execution, collaborating with engineering and development teams to meet specific client needs.
    • Develop and maintain solution design practices, including system tools, business processes, and documentation standards.
    • Provide technical support throughout installations, assisting field engineers and approved contractors to ensure installations are completed to the highest standard.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the product manager to capture use cases and customer insights, identifying patterns in customer requirements and opportunities for product improvement.
