About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and building a pipeline for growth. With a clear path to Sales Manager, this role offers the perfect opportunity for someone with ambition to lead and create long-term impact in the marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek and establish new business opportunities and build meaningful relationships in the marketing industry.
- Collaborate with our marketing and account teams to ensure smooth handovers include strategies that speak to the needs of each potential client.
- Build a robust lead pipeline, ensuring a steady foundation for both individual and company growth.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets to unlock an uncapped bonus.
