Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on traditional build housing projects and possess excellent health and safety knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Understand and implement the company's health and safety policy across all operations under your control.">
  • Coordinate health and safety plans with the Build Manager and Site Manager to ensure safe working practices.">
  • Monitor and update health and safety plans to reflect changes in site operations.">
  • Adequately establish welfare facilities on site from commencement to completion.">
  • Liaise between head office and local authority departments to ensure compliance with regulations.">
  • Actively promote a culture of safety, progress, quality, and innovation.">
  • Record and report accidents, diseases, and dangerous occurrences according to company procedures and legal requirements.">
  • Coordinate activities on site safely, adhering to construction programs and costs.">
  • Attend training sessions as required.">

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

  1. ">
  2. Previous experience working within the housebuilding industry.">
  3. Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager.">
  4. SMSTS/SSSTS desirable but not essential.">
  5. CSCS Card.">
  6. First Aid Training.">

Salary and Benefits:

">

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and related training. Future opportunities for career progression into Site Management positions may also be available.
