As a key member of our Real Estate Department, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of rural property matters, including sales, purchases, leasing, and mortgaging of farms, estates, and country houses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and engage in cultural initiatives that enhance our workplace.
  • Achieve personal goals, align efforts with firm objectives, and manage matters effectively.
  • Support team development, become an expert in your area, and seek opportunities for skill expansion.
  • Understand client needs, lead CRM efforts, network, and collaborate for business growth.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working on property transactions and matters for landed estates and rural property.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
