Job Title: Clinical Manager - Surgical Wards

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our surgical wards team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the surgical wards team to deliver against Spire's key performance indicators.
  • Line manage and develop the skills of the in-patient services team.
  • Resolve patient complaints and feedback in line with Spire's policy.
  • Ensure effective systems are in place to manage stocks and finances.
  • Develop the service and deliver against targets in collaboration with the Business Development Team.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration and no restrictions.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Registered Nurse within a ward environment.
  • Previous experience as a Ward Manager.
  • Experience of working in an acute environment.
