Commercial Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our team at Pettigrew Recruitment Group Limited.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the commercial department, ensuring the smooth operation of the team's activities. This role will involve working closely with the Commercial Director and other team members to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including managing filing systems and databases.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers/contacts to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Monitor costs incurred by the department and ensure efficient processing of documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to meet the needs of the department.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in an administration-focused role.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs and a good standard of written English.
  • Self-discipline, with good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Team player with a professional and pleasant manner when dealing with internal and external customers.
