About the Role
Tilbury Douglas is seeking an experienced Building Construction Financial Controller to oversee the financial management of our projects. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial management, financial reporting, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of construction industry and standard forms of contract.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in commercial management, financial reporting, and risk assessment. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft packages, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A good understanding of construction and MEP processes is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the financial management of projects
- Ensuring timely submission of all relevant data required to monitor and analyse individual contract performance
- Liaising with Contracts Managers on day-to-day commercial administration of contracts
- Managing the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
