About the Role:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing a range of marketing initiatives to promote our services and attract top talent in the marketing field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and attract potential candidates.
- Offline Marketing: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote our services and build relationships with industry professionals.
- Event Marketing: Organize and participate in industry events to showcase our expertise and attract potential candidates.
- Membership Marketing: Develop and maintain relationships with industry associations and organizations to promote our services and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Required: 1+ years of experience in a marketing role
- Beneficial: experience in recruitment marketing or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g., MailChimp, WordPress, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the marketing or recruitment sector is a plus
- Preferable: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
