Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the scope of the project in collaboration with the Project Sponsor, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage project scope and change control, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks and ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, work programmes, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Manage and engage with stakeholders in a matrix environment, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives and progress.
  • Ensure consistent levels of quality are retained throughout the project lifecycle, and demonstrate ability to overcome barriers to completion.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in managing the full life cycle of construction projects and resources.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CDM, project scope and change control, stakeholder management, risk analysis, and project scheduling.
  • Effective people management skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex project challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
