NCS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to drive the delivery of programmes and projects across the organisation. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives, connecting stakeholders, and driving project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead the project management of a wide range of programmes and projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to scope and initiate projects, defining deliverables, scope, and project objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate project meetings, drive progress, coordinate project activity, manage risk, issues, and change.
- Reporting and Governance: Prepare and present reports on project progress to NCS Trust leadership, ensuring compliance with project governance processes.
- Experience: Significant programme management and delivery experience, with a proven track record of implementing cross-functional programmes and delivering tangible results.
- Qualifications: Project/Programme qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, MSP) and experience working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, solid organisational ability, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive Salary: £47,060-£50,960.
