About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Development Specialist to join our team at Elida Beauty, a leading global FMCG company. As a key member of our Scientific FMCG environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of packaging for new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and create robust packaging specifications for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
  • Liaise closely with our supply chain and artwork teams to ensure accurate coding and labeling.
  • Conduct quality checks on existing specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support data analysis for environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
  • Existing right to work in the UK and ability to work in English language.
  • Scientific qualification or degree equivalent.
  • Experience in packaging development, including primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
  • Proven experience in writing packaging specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and logical approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong computer literacy.
