Role Overview

This role involves planning, organizing, managing, and directing Group projects and initiatives for the business. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope to bring about greater efficiencies across all areas of the business. Your primary focus will be on project managing logistics and supply chain projects, although this could extend to other areas of the business in time. You will be based in our offices in Lisburn, Co. Antrim, and report directly to the Group Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business improvement projects, identifying opportunities while navigating obstacles in a positive mindset.
  • Support and drive our vision, culture, and values in all project groups.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting set deadlines.
  • Identify and mitigate all risks associated with assigned projects.
  • Develop schedules, timelines, and milestones for all projects assigned by the business to ensure that project deadlines are met.
  • Foster open communication channels with stakeholders and the wider business community.
  • Achieve positive outcomes by adopting a structured and solution-based approach when faced with obstacles.
  • Influence and drive business change positively.
Requirements

  • Able to find solutions to issues affecting project deliverables.
  • Proven time management skills to ensure projects meet deadlines throughout their lifecycle.
